Galenbindunuwewa Teachers Training Programme on Sustainable Management of Polythene

The National Research Council successfully conducted the Teachers Training workshop on outreach programme 2017/ 2018, “Sustainable Management of Polythene" which was held at the Galenbindunuwewa zonal education office auditorium, on 17^thMay 2018.

Target Audience: One Teacher from each schools in Galenbindunuwewa educational zone

Summary: The Programme delivered as a workshop and there were 80 teachers and officials from the Galenbindunuwewa educational zone was participated for the programme to representing 80 schools of the Galenbindunuwewa educational zone. The workshop delivered with 4 major sessions, General Idea, Waste Management, Health Risk, and Wildlife Conservation and also a question and answer session.
